Cancellation Policy
1. Payment Responsibility: Parent/Guardian is responsible for timely and complete payment using the Flips & Tumbles app, website, or in-store before the session begins. The entire booking fee is due to confirm a booking unless otherwise stated by Flips & Tumbles. 2. Booking Agreement: By registering/booking and completing the checkout process, you agree to the terms and enter into a binding contract. 3. Price Adjustment: Prices are listed on our website and may be modified or corrected at any time by Flips & Tumbles. 4. Cancellations: -Refunds are only granted for prolonged illness or injury with a valid doctor's certificate, as outlined in our Terms of Use. -No credits or refunds within 7 days; reschedules may be possible with an additional fee. -No reschedules, credits, or refunds within 72 hours, regardless of circumstances. -No-shows are subject to charges.
